Our Story

Our founder, Steve Crouse, has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He started our company with the help of his wife, building it from the ground up. Steve's passion for doing the job right, for a fair price, has been the driving force behind our success. We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in our dealings with customers, always giving you the options and letting you decide what you want.

Our Team

Carla, our Co-Owner and Office Manager, is the backbone of our operation. She keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently, always making sure that every customer and technician is happy and satisfied. When she's not working, Carla can be found running her scrapbook retreat for women or curled up with a good book.

Tina, our Day-to-Day Dispatch and Employee Manager, is the one who keeps our operation running smoothly from day to day. She's also the person you'll often speak with when you call in with a question or request. Tina's hobbies outside of work include making customizable welcome mats and spoiling her mischievous boxer puppy.

George, a lead service technician, has been with us for nearly a decade. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, he's a mentor to many of our technicians and a friend to our customers. When he's not crawling through attics, you can find him sipping sweet tea at a local Sonic.
