Cindy, our President and CEO, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the commercial HVAC industry. After becoming a mother, she decided to leave her stressful commute behind and start her own business, bringing her skills to the community while being present for her children. Will, our Technical Director, oversees sales and provides technical support to our field team. As a native to the HVAC industry, he gained knowledge from his parents, who ran their own heating and air conditioning business for over 40 years.
