Timeliness and Communication

Quality of Work and Cost

Danny Fox was charged $4,030 for a Test & Balance on his AC system but never received the report and drawing of the duct work. He was told that the system crashed and they have no records, but refuses to work with him to make it right. Erin Myers reported that the company wouldn't help her with her broken AC in 90-degree heat, with an infant in the house, and wouldn't provide information on the emergency surcharge.
