Our Story

Pat Randerson, the owner, started Randerson Heating & Cooling in 2003 out of his garage. His family played a significant role in helping him establish the business. His business grew from there by word of mouth, mainly serving the residential side but has now expanded into the commercial side as well. Pat believes in being upfront and honest with each customer, which has made his business very successful.
