Unprofessional Service
The contractors failed to deliver satisfactory service to some customers. Dawn Smit and Lynette Renee both experienced unprofessional behavior. Dawn Smit's review highlights the lack of professionalism, including forgetting to bill her for two months, not conducting a walk-through to review the finished project, and constant phone calls demanding payment. Lynette Renee also mentions that the company dropped her for a larger project, but acknowledges that they were honest. The poor service and professionalism of the company is a major concern.
