Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who share a passion for quality and customer satisfaction. Sharon Lunato, our CEO, has been with the company since 1988 and has been instrumental in driving our growth and success. Layne Kendig, President, joined in 2005 and has played a key role in shaping our strategic direction. Tom Lunder, Vice President of Service Sales, has been with us since 1992, and Andrew Hirko, Vice President of Construction Sales, joined in 2001. Together, they ensure that every project we undertake meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

History

Looking back, our journey began in 1933 when Reliance Mechanical Contractors Inc. was founded by Samuel H. Gevelber. Over the years, we've undergone changes in ownership but have consistently maintained our commitment to excellence. Today, we are proud to be the contractor of record on projects that have and continue to shape the Cleveland skyline. Our history is a testament to our resilience and dedication to quality workmanship.
