Our History
With roots dating back to 1975, our company has a rich history in the appliance industry. SoBellas Home Services was founded in 2008 with the goal of changing service one customer at a time. We expanded our air conditioning repair business into Las Cruces in 2012 due to high customer demand.

Maintenance and Repair
Sobellas sent Carlos, a local technician in Las Cruces, to evaluate a leak in the coil of Al R.'s central air conditioner. Carlos recommended a $472 coolant sealant, which only lasted for 2 days. When Al R. contacted Sobellas again, Carlos apologized and suggested replacing the unit. However, the estimate was too high, and Al R. found a local provider with better recommendations.
Insufficient Solution
The issue with Sobellas' repair was that the solution they provided did not last long, and the technician missed an obvious perforation on the coil. The installers of the new unit, who were called in later, pointed out the perforation and wondered why the Sobellas technician did not notice it.
Initial Expectations vs. Reality
Al R. had high expectations going into the situation, but the outcome was a costly and ineffective repair.
