Cook's Heating and Air Conditioning is a solutions company that specializes in mechanical system design for both residential and commercial applications. We are a second-generation family business with a team of highly trained and experienced technicians who are capable of engineering mechanical systems for projects of any size or unique system requirements. Our in-house sheet metal fabrication shop enables us to complete new construction or retrofit projects with precision and efficiency.

At Cook's, we service, maintain, and install all your heating and cooling needs. Our top brands for new installs are Trane, Goodman, and Carrier, with access to other brands as well. Our service department is equipped to service and maintain all brands.

Our heating services include the installation of new heating units, repair and servicing of existing units, expert troubleshooting and diagnosis, carbon monoxide detection, furnaces, unit heaters, and electric air handlers installed and serviced, and humidification and filtration systems installed.

Our air conditioning services include the installation of new air conditioner units, repair and servicing of existing units, a variety of systems and equipment to fit your budget, preventive maintenance, expert troubleshooting and diagnosis, freon leak detection, and air quality services.

We also offer annual maintenance for heating and/or air conditioning systems. Annual maintenance allows your system to work at peak efficiency year in and year out. A system that is maintained annually experiences considerably fewer breakdowns.

Our maintenance services include furnace and air conditioner inspections, cleaning, and the installation of new filters. We also offer humidifier installation, which can protect your investment in your home by preventing wood from cracking, splitting, and peeling. Our annual service contracts for residential and commercial properties are designed to provide peace of mind and protection for your HVAC systems.

Maintenance

Having annual maintenance performed on your furnace and air conditioner will give you peace of mind and can lead to a reduction in your utility bills, and longer life of your equipment. It is highly recommended to have your furnace and air conditioner inspected and cleaned in the fall and spring.

Our maintenance services include a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of your furnace and air conditioner, including inspecting burner assembly, cleaning and adjusting as needed, inspecting the evaporator coil, drain pan, and condensate drain, inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks, holes, and separations, checking and cleaning blower housing and removing all debris, inspecting all wiring connections, inspecting the flue for blockage and poor ventilation, testing fan and furnace limit for proper operation, installing a new filter, and checking all safety controls.

Service Agreements

Cook's Heating and Cooling offers annual service agreements for both Residential and Commercial customers. Our service agreements are designed to accommodate individual business needs, and can be set up on a year-to-year basis or a 5 or 10 year plan. Our service agreements include two maintenance servicings per year, complete spring and fall checks on your system, priority emergency service within 24 hours, no overtime charges when using On Call/After Hours Service, 20% discounts on parts and labor, and 20% discounts and inflation protection on 5-year and 10-year service contract plans.
