Our story began over a decade ago when our founders, Josh and Hillary Meacham, made the decision to move to this beautiful region and start their own business. • 1-Year No Breakdown Guarantee: If our team fixes a broken heating or cooling system within a year, we'll come back and repair it for free.

• 1-Year Test Drive Guarantee: If you purchase a new heating or cooling system, you have a year to use it. If you're not satisfied, we'll replace it for free.

• 12-Month Buyback Guarantee: If we perform AC repairs and your system still isn't working to your satisfaction, we'll fix it again or give you a refund.

• 10-Year Guarantee: On all new equipment we install, we provide a 10-year guarantee on all parts. If they don't work for at least 10 years, we'll cover all parts and labor to replace them.
