Our Story

Our company's history began when our owner and service manager, Taufiq Raihan, worked as a maintenance supervisor for a big national property management company. He built a strong network of relationships with the local Asian-American community and started doing service work for them. In 1994, Taufiq decided to take the leap and enroll at the Denver Institute of Technology in their HVAC/R department. After graduating in 1996, Taufiq went on to work for several years before deciding to start his own business.
