Our story began in 1945 when Antonio Vessella started a small fuel oil company, initially selling heating oil and kerosene. Over the years, we have evolved to become a fully integrated company offering a wide range of services, from design and installation to service and maintenance.
Our History
Our journey began when Antonio passed ownership to his two sons, Anthony and Thomas, in 1945. The company remained small-scale, servicing a limited number of local accounts, until Thomas graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1973 and took on the challenge of expanding the business. He expanded into air conditioning work and diesel fuels, marking a significant growth period for the company. In 1983, Robert J. Gasbarro Jr. joined the company with an ownership position, further accelerating our growth. We continued to expand our services, adding plumbing, heating, and cooling capabilities, and in 1996, we opened a new sheet metal shop to complement our growing mechanical departments.
