At RTI, we specialize in servicing commercial and industrial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems for the last 12+ years. Our Energy Efficiency Program

RTI's Energy Efficiency Program focuses on multiple strategies to maximize HVAC efficiency, resulting in long-term energy savings and lower energy bills. Our program includes:

• Regularly scheduled preventive maintenance: Our enhanced maintenance schedule is based on ASHRAE Standard 180.
• Thermostats: We replace mercury bulb, residential, and non-programmable thermostats with digital, commercial, 7-day programmable thermostats.
• Economizer retrofits/digital economizer controls: We retrofit or upgrade existing AC units with economizers and state-of-the-art digital technology.
• DCV with VFD (Demand Controlled Ventilation with Variable Frequency Drive): We use individual components to ventilate building spaces based on CO2 levels.
