Education
The Kansas PHCC provides training in backflow and cross connection prevention, with instructors like Bill Vines leading the classes. The 16-hour course is held in a small but adequate space, allowing for an effective learning experience.
Culinary Experience
On the other hand, the BBQ experience is a mixed bag. While the barbecue itself is enjoyable, some dishes are overcooked due to microwaving. Additionally, the sides offered are unremarkable, with a notable lack of blue cheese dressing.
