Customer Service Issues
Several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with Weaver's customer service. Kerri Clement describes an awful experience with recent customer service, including being charged for services not provided and being refused a refund. Donna Weik complains about being charged upfront for oil deliveries and lacking a payment plan for those who are not wealthy. Bradley Longer has had persistent issues with the Bosch system installed by Weaver, including being charged for unfixed problems and experiencing gas leaks. Laureen Benn was outraged by the expensive annual tune-up of their Natural Gas Furnace and Air Conditioning system.
