Quality of Service
The quality of service provided by Pinellas Comfort Systems (PCS) and its affiliates has been criticized by multiple reviewers. Garrett, a technician, was praised for his professionalism and explanation of his work, but this was an isolated incident.
Communication Issues
Communication appears to be a major issue with PCS. Jeremy Kelly had his service appointment cancelled multiple times, and Zuzana Blackwood was left without a quote or explanation after reporting damage to her air ducts. Carey Hartmann experienced poor communication with the sales representative and management/leadership, resulting in wasted time and frustration.
Inadequate Workmanship
Zuzana Blackwood expressed concerns about the quality of the ductwork installation, which led to water damage and further issues. The ducts lacked a moisture barrier, posing a health hazard in a humid environment. Carey Hartmann's installation also had issues, including a late permit submission and a misunderstanding about plan changes.
Unresponsive Management
Both Jeremy Kelly and Carey Hartmann felt neglected by PCS management, with Jeremy's concerns about additional charges and Carey's issues with communication and administrative tasks being left unaddressed.
