3rd time I have used Autumn Air Conditioning abd Heating and let me tell you such a fantastic company. They always come same day I call, move with a sense of urgency and really care and do such a great job. I would like to personally recognize Irving as 2 of the 3 times he has come out and cannot speak highly enough of him! He really cares, is really honest and not only just fixes the issues but breaks it down so you have an understanding of what happened, the impact and shares best practices to maintain your unit.

He gives recommendations but not in an up selling way but to ensure the life span of your unit last. He is such a people person and I can't thank him enough. 7-20-24 Called Autum AC Company on a Saturday for an AC unit maintenance issue. Fabian sent over Irving within a few hours. Irving diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced the capacitor with a new component and restored the AC unit to operation. Irving was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of AC operation and explained why the part that went bad.

Of the three AC companies I called for service on a Saturday, Autumm AC had the lowest diagnosis fee and was able to respond the quickest. That's a win in my book! With an aging AC unit that has well exceeded its expected life span, at some point we'll contract with Autum AC to replace our unit.

I've called twice since 2022. Both times they showed up super quick and diagnosed my problems honestly. They were very easy fixes so they taught me what to look for next time to save me time and money. It was so worthwhile I bought a service plan! Highly recommend. Irving and Fabian are great to work with!

Looking at this company with all of these five star reviews normally I think it's fake. But I called anyway, and wow am I glad that I did! Irving came out and explained everything perfectly. Their prices are reasonable and service is top notch!

The scammers at ARS Rescue Rooter told us it would be $5000 in repairs and tried to sell us a new unit. I called Autumn Air to get a second opinion. Fabian came in and diagnosed it as a blown capacitor, had it fixed AND had general maintenance done within an hour. Great service. Wish I could give more stars.

Fabian is on time, patient, and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose an issue and have the part rather quickly. Happy to have found him. Planning a bit ahead since we know our system is older, Fabian is also helping us gather info/estimates so we have an idea for the future. Even so, he didn't push anything on us and was fine helping us just fix the current issue, as well as answering questions regarding estimates we asked for.

After having major issues in the past with a company that we held a service/labor contract with (ARS), it is a little difficult trusting anyone in this area. I'm happy to say that Fabian lives up to his reviews.

My AC stopped working all of a sudden so I booked an AC diagnostic on their website. I had a tech, Fabian, email me right away with availability the next day. Fabian was very punctual, and super knowledgeable. He determined within minutes that the capacitor needed to be replaced and got it done very fast. He even showed me how a normal capacitor should look like. Price was very reasonable, and got my AC back up and running. Super thankful and I highly recommend Autumn AC and Heat.

Our AC went out and we called Autumn AC. They said they would be out within an hour and showed up outside my door within 20 minutes. I had two bids and decided on Autumn air due to the reviews. I was skeptical because the reviews were so good but decided to go for it. It turned out to be a smart decision. I have a big house that needs 2 units and replaced both of them at same time. The installation was done with great care and detail. They did the best possible job of installing them.

That is so important and is as important as the product you decide to put there. So that part is good. What about service. They constantly told me if any problems or concerns happen to call them even on weekends. I could tell they mean it and do not want to leave you hanging. I would recommend them without reservation. I believe they will do a good job for you. The install team is great.

Highly recommend my AC quit working at 2 am on a Saturday night and I message Autumn Air Conditioning and Fabian responded back within 30 minutes and was out here at 9 am on a Sunday morning and had us up and running in 15 minutes. He was excellent, honest, and not pricey at all and did not charge the extra for a Sunday/weekend charge. Definitely a 10-star company.
