SURE Mechanical is a minority-owned commercial Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) contracting firm in Southern Ohio that offers a full range of HVAC design, fabrication, installation, design-build, engineering services, and HVAC equipment services of all kinds. With a diverse workforce and a commitment to innovation, we strive to provide cost-effective mechanical fabrication, installation, and HVAC project solutions for government agencies, private, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions in Southern Ohio.

Our Company

We are proud to have our office and fabrication shop located in a federally designated Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) in Cincinnati. Our 12,000 SF facility is a brick building with a significant local history, originally serving as ODOT's maintenance yard during the construction of Interstate 74. Our pipe fabrication shop is over 10,000 SF, allowing us to optimize prefabrication on our projects, resulting in a safer, more efficient on-site installation.

Diverse Workforce Development

We are committed to increasing minority inclusion in the mechanical HVAC trade. We have partnered with ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) to customize their existing 4-year HVAC apprenticeship program to meet our aggressive plan for inclusion. Our apprentices are supported and mentored by our Core journeymen Group, a diverse group of highly skilled and experienced journeymen.

Safety

At SURE Mechanical, we believe it is our responsibility to act as stewards of our environment. We strive to manage our facility with an emphasis on conservation and recycling. Our President, Chukwuma Ekwueme, is a LEED Accredited Professional and is committed to assisting our clients in achieving their project's sustainability standards or goals.
